We’re sadly saying goodbye to a housemate in our amazing four-bed home, so we’re looking for a friendly new face to move in!

* The bedroom is at the top rear of the house, overlooking the garden. Comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a bedside table and shelving with plenty of storage space
* The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space and access to a large, south-facing communal garden
* There’s a main bathroom with a shower over a bath and a toilet
* There is also a separate shower room and a separate toilet

💰 Rent: £948 per month (includes gas, electric & water). Council tax is £70.25 a month and internet is £16.25 extra per month, plus a TV licence once a year.

📅 Move-in Date: From 30th November. You’ll be signing a new lease at this price until April 2026 and then it will become a rolling contract.

We’re a relaxed, sociable household that enjoys spending time together in the evenings – whether it’s chatting in the kitchen, watching Netflix with a glass of wine (or tea!) or catching up in the kitchen. We also respect each other’s space and keep things tidy.
