Lovely 3 Beds next to West Hampstead station

Hi :)

This is Keer and I'm letting out 2 out of 3 bedrooms in this flat.
My current roommates are moving to East London at the end of the tenancy, so I'm looking for 2 female flatmates to renew the contract with me.

The price of a room is 933 per month excluding bills or council tax. And all the rooms are the same size.

It is a lovely place to stay, within 2 min walk from West Hampstead Jubilee station, right next to the Church and post office, with loads of local pubs and restaurants nearby.

SUPER SAFE during night as it's a very residential area. M&S, Sainsbury, Tesco and Waitrose are just around the corner and you can basically get anything you want within 5 min walk.

It's a 3B1B flat so we need to share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. There's one room available on 1st floor and the other one is on 2nd floor.

The starting time will be 12th December 2025 and the contract lasts for a year. You will also be on the contract and go through the ref check by the landlord and agency.

Little bit info about me:

I am full time working in finance industry, WFH 2-3 times a week. I'm quite outgoing and very sporty. I'm happy to spend some good time together but feel free to enjoy your own space after work as I respect personal space a lot.
