Single room in West Hampstead

Room available in an all girls house in West Hampstead from 1st November. I've been here for 4 years and it's time to make a move but honestly, such a good location makes it hard to go!
The house has spacious living room and kitchen, bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a garden.
The girls living here all are working. It's a rather quiet environment with everyone keeping to themselves but we are no strangers to some chill chats in the kitchen.

📌Rent: £542 (all bills included except electricity + internet, roughly around £20-30, rent overall never goes over £600)
📌Housemates: 3 working girls + you
📌Location: the house is between Kilburn and West Hampstead stations on a Jubilee Line, also super close to Themeslink West Hampstead.
📌Available: 1st of November, with the possibility of bring your stuff in before that.
📌The area: super lovely with lots of cafes/ restaurants and shops(sainsburys, tescos, m&s, waitross.. you name it). We have a tiny park just 1/2mins away from the house.
📌Tenancy: you'll be signing a 1 year contract with all of the housemates but this is not as committal since we have a private landlord and he is very flexible with move outs as long as we find replacement for the room 😊
