Room in Cute, friendly flat in West Hampstead

Hi! 👋 We’re Scarlett and Laura with a room available in our friendly 3 bed flat in West Hampstead to fill a room available 1 Dec (but somewhat flexible) left by our lovely current flatmate who’s bought her first flat!

The room can come furnished (bed and wardrobe) or unfurnished.

The flat is well connected, on a cute leafy street right near the West Hampstead high street, 7 mins walk to thameslink, Overground and Jubilee line just beyond that, to get to virtually anywhere in London!

The flat has light and spacious common areas, including kitchen/dining and separate living room. The flat has many original features like crown moulding, high ceiling and original fireplaces in all bedrooms. We share a single bathroom with tub.

Scarlett is 33, from the Midlands, working in the book industry and works from home occasionally. Laura is from Australia, 34, working in tech and WFH 3 days a week. We both also have partners who spend time at the flat regularly.

We’re looking for someone in their 30s & working full time, who enjoys sharing a glass of wine and a chat. And like any experienced sharer, is clean, respectful, and quiet. We’re not a party house, but we do love a good dinner party (dining table can extend to seat 10!) and sometimes visit the wine/cocktail bars together on the high street.
