The flat is a 9 minute walk to West Hampstead stations (Jubilee, Overground & Thameslink).
The flat has three floors, with your room on the top floor with an en-suite, skylights and loads of storage space! Please see pictures ☺️
The Details:
Rent: £1200 plus bills
Tenancy: Move in date is the 10th November with a 12 month contract
You’ll be living with me, Jenna, 25 working in IT and Annabel, 25 working in Marketing & Comms.
We both work full time, Annabel is in the office 5 days a week and I work from home on Fridays, so the flat will be quiet during the week.
Outside of work, we are pretty social and love a pub trip, good food and chats over a glass of wine, but also looking forward to walks on the Heath, overpriced coffees and a good Sunday roast. 🤩
We’d love to find a flat mate who’s not just someone we live with, but someone who’d enjoy hanging out, joining in with plans and making the flat feel homely.
