Double room (own bathroom) in West Hampstead

I’m moving out mid-late November so looking to find someone to take over a room in this gorgeous 3-bed flat in the heart of West Hampstead. The room is a really decent size double, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and room for a desk. It also has a cute fireplace and gets lots of sun! The bathroom is a separate toilet and shower room which would just be yours (everyone in the flat has their own bathroom 🤩)

The rest of the flat has a huge kitchen with a big stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There’s also a separate living room with a dining table, sofas and a TV. There is an additional box room that is currently used to dry laundry (and fits a double air mattress for when friends/family come to stay!). There is also access to a roof which is great to chill on in summer!

The landlord is super nice and very chilled and has a handyman who comes round quickly if there is ever a problem.

The flat is in an amazing location - there’s the jubilee line, thameslink and overground all less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of buses too. It’s also only a 7 min walk to West Hampstead high street which has loads of nice coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Hampstead Heath is only 15 minutes away, great for walks, runs or swimming.

You’d be sharing with 2 lovely girls in their mid-20’s, Alice and Jo. They are often out and about, but also enjoy spending evenings in watching a series together (current faves being Traitors and MIC!!). We all met through this page but have since become friends and they are great housemates, very clean, tidy and respectful. The flat is a lovely place to chill together so hoping to find someone who will fit in with the vibe and treat the flat like a home 🛋️🪴

You must be earning approx £36k to pass referencing (no couples or students, and no pets). Hoping to find someone of similar age in their mid-20’s, who will be clean and tidy, as well as friendly and ideally wants to socialise from time to time 🍸🍝
