Looking for a flatmate to renew the lease for a 2 bed flat between West Hampstead and Finchley Road!

I’ve lived here for the past year and love it, so I’m looking for someone to renew the lease with me from January 2026

- Modern 2 bed 1 bath flat in a lovely red brick house
- Lease would start January 2026 for a year minimum (I’m also open to signing for longer)
- Would be sharing with just myself
- Room and flat is fully furnished
- Landlord is really nice and responsive; will send a handyman quickly if anything, but we’ve never had any issues
- Neighbours are chill / respectful - always nice and quiet in the evenings

💵 Rent: £1200 + bills

🚇 Transport - super easy to get to central in <20min
- 5min walk to Finchley Road (Jubilee + Metropolitan)
- 10min walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee, Mildmay overground, Thameslink)
- 8mim walk to South Hampstead (Mildmay, Lioness overground)

🛍️ 🌳 Amenities: great variety of shops (incl. O2 centre with huge sainsbury’s, huge waitrose, japanese & korean grocery stores nearby), cute cafes, 20-30mins walk to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill

A little about me: I’m a 24 year old female professional working in consulting, in the office most weekdays. I’m my free time I’m into dance classes, the gym, cooking, exploring cafes and the usual. I generally have chill evenings in with the occasional wine and cheese night.

Looking for a flatmate who’s tidy and friendly - someone who’s up for hanging out sometimes, but also enjoys their own downtime
