Great double room available in leafy West Hampstead, five minutes’ walk from West Hampstead stations (and all the shops, bars and restaurants) and less than ten minutes from Finchley Road. All bills and internet, plus a bunch of streaming services, are included in the rent.

The room is fully furnished – double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc – and looks out over the lovely, south-facing communal gardens. There’s also access to a huge roof terrace with stunning views across London.

The flat is really spacious with a big living room, also south-facing and filled with light, plus separate kitchen with all mod cons. There’s a beautiful shared bathroom with rain shower and mirrors running all along one wall, and lots of storage space in the hallway (with an additional storage room in the basement).

I’m a professional fundraiser working in the charity sector, and super clean and tidy. The flat is a really chilled place to live and you’d most likely have the place to yourself a few nights a week.
