I am looking for a 20s to early 30s female professional to take over my double room as I’m looking to move to Oxford for work. I currently live in a flatshare with two friends, we have an amazing, wholesome vibe in the house and I’m super sad to leave them but they will be more than welcoming to my replacement

A little bio of my friends:
1. Sofia (27 yo consultant): organised, tons of friends and loves making new ones, Sofia is a busy bee that tends to be out and about hanging with friends or in the office. She’ll be the first to invite you to a party and is always available for a good catch up and laugh when she’s hanging in the flat.
2. Solene (26 yo financier): super sweet, considerate and the kindest person you’ll meet. She’s normally in the office 5 days a week but usually around in the evening for a debrief, to watch a tv show together or be the MVP at the pub quiz. Also, she is a deliveroo fiend 🥲 so the kitchen tends to be mostly free to use.

If you are looking for a wholesome, social flat with an international vibe and lots of amenities nearby, you would be a good fit for this house!

This is the smallest room in the flat, but with lots of storage and more than enough space for additional furnishings - I used to work from home 4 days a week and it was completely fine! Bills come to ~£150pm. The property is managed and the area is very safe! The tenancy ends on 25 May 2025 but there is an option to extend (you’ll need to agree this directly with Sofia and Solene).
