Bright cozy room to rent in a big flat share in West Hampstead. Available to move 01 January 2026 (however earlier move in can be negotiated if needed!)

THE ROOM:
This is a fully furnished double bedroom. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and shelf. It also comes with a cupboard/wardrobe in the hallway. The bed also has built in drawers so plenty of storage. It's small but cosy and spacious enough to fill all needs. It’s also very light!
The bathroom is large and shared with one person and you would share the fridge with one other person in the kitchen.
Rent is 704 pounds plus bills (around 100).
There is a deposit of 583 pounds.

THE FLAT:
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large beautiful living room with a large TV monitor and a cute fireplace, a separate kitchen and a rooftop! The rooms are spread out over 3 floors so there is plenty of space for everyone. The flatmates (4 F) are all working professionals in very different fields.

THE AREA:
West Hampstead is a lovely area - there is a farmers’ market on the weekend, restaurants, pubs and bars, shops nearby (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, TESCO, M&S and Waitrose), and not too far from Hampstead Heath and the city centre. The flat is 7 minutes away from the West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee, Overground) and 10 minutes from West Hampstead Thameslink. It is situated 1 minute away from a bus stop with routes to the city centre. Overall, a 10-minute tube ride to Baker Street, 15-minute to Bond Street etc. There is also a cute little park around the corner.

THE IDEAL NEW FLATMATE:
As all flatmates are working professionals, this is unfortunately not a party house.
We are looking for another female working professional, 25 to 35.
All 4 current flatmates are truly wonderful and very friendly, have their own busy lives but occasionally like to get together and cook/watch a movie or go out for a drink.
As you’ll notice when you visit, the house is in great condition so we are also looking for responsible people who like to keep things clean and tidy :). Chores are shared on a rota.
This is an international flat share - all nationalities are welcome! Also, smoking is not allowed, and we cannot have pets in the house.
