We’re looking for a 3rd girl to join us!
We just had our offer accepted on a 3 bed, 3 bath flat in between West Hampstead / Finchley Road & Frognal stations available from the 12th Jan. pics and floor plan attached!
it's £3.3k a month, 5 weeks deposit, has a mini balcony/terrace, really big living/dining room and all the bedrooms are good sized doubles with their own bathrooms. The available room is the smaller one with built in wardrobes and your own bathroom just outside in the corridor.
rent will be around £950 - happy to chat about this!
about us:
Nadine - 27, Egyptian, UX researcher, works hybrid 2 days in office. I’m into travelling, playing squash, going to live music & comedy shows, the occasional night out but also a chill night in and cooking up a feast
Mahtab- 24 and also work as a user researcher (we met through work!). she’s into yoga, good coffee and pastries, retail therapy lol, and whatever creative hobby she’s in the season for, knitting painting air dry clay etc.
we're both super clean, like a shoes off household and are hoping to find someone social that wants to hang out sometimes and do stuff together / wants to be friends :)) although we both can get busy and value independence too!
