Double Room in West Hampstead💖

I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in West Hampstead✨

You’ll be living with two lovely girls (25+27) and the two cutest cats! 🫶 They enjoy reading, charity shopping, crafting, fashion, and hosting dinner parties (Rachie is the best cook!) I’ve lived here for the past year and have absolutely loved it!

The transport links are really good - it’s only a 7-minute walk to West Hampstead Underground (Jubilee line), or 10 minutes to the Overground and Thameslink. There’s also a bus stop at the top of our road that goes directly to Oxford Street and Notting Hill. Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) is a 16-minute walk away too!

There are so many great restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance, but our road is super quiet.

The bathroom has a bath and is a great size, and you’ll be sharing it with one other person. We have a shared dining/living area with a TV, a kitchen, and a little outdoor space on our roof, which is really nice in the summer! 🌞

It’s free to park on our road after 6pm (weekdays) or any time (weekends). There’s also the option to buy a permit which isn’t too expensive!

The contract starts on the 5th January, but you can move in from 28th December as I’ll be gone anyway. It ends in September 2026, but it’s likely that you can renew it for longer as the girls have been here for years. Equally, there is a two-month break clause, so you could just stay until March if needed.

The deposit is £1,000 and bills are around £167 per month including council tax.
