I’m looking for a a young, sociable flatmate to join me in my lovely flat in West Hampstead.
I have a very friendly cat as well so pet friendly please!

Price £1600 per month, including bills. I am open to offers.
Deposit of 1 months rent will be required up front.

- Lovely flat in the heart of West Hampstead, hidden from the main road with shared courtyard out front.
- Less than a 3 minute walk from the Thameslink Station, Overground Station (Mildmay Line) and Underground Station (Jubilee Line).
- Lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops around. Various supermarkets.

Building Facilities and Amenities:
- Concierge service (7am-11pm)
- Gym (Opening hours 7am-11pm)
- Roof top garden (7am-7pm)

- No parking but space for loading and unloading/ short stays

Room Facilities and Amenities:
- Very bright fully furnished double room with floor to ceiling windows. Furniture includes; blackout blinds, book case, double bed frame with mattress, desk, mirror, large chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Happy for things to be moved around if you wish.
- The main bathroom of the house would be just for you (it contains a bath and shower) but is located near the living room so is also used by visitors.
