Large Double room west Hampstead flat

We have a room available in our flat in West Hampstead from 18th February because I am sadly moving out :(
4 bed flat:
main bathroom with an extra toilet, living room,
kitchen with big dining table
1 min from thameslink, 3 mins from overground, 4 mins from jubilee line.
£849 per month + £150ish for bills (inc a cleaner every 2 weeks)
Living with 3 girls:
Evie - 27, works on super yachts (2 months on 2 months off)
Rose - 28, works as a special needs teacher
Charlotte - 28, works in tech (hybrid wh/office)
We often hang out together, love the gym, Pilates, coffee, walks/picnics in Hampstead heath, dinner parties, baking, reading. We enjoy going out and having fun but also appreciate a night on the sofa watching movies. We are looking for a like minded social girl - we obviously all have our own friends but have become friends with each others friends too. Ideally we would like someone 26+
