My flatmate Kath and I are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely three-bedroom, split-level flat in West Hampstead (Zone 2), as our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The available room is an exceptionally spacious and light double with an impressively large ensuite bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. It is a double height space making it feel very light and airy and nicely separates it from the shared living spaces upstairs. It also comes with its own very large storage cupboard, which is always handy!

Upstairs, we have a spacious and contemporary open-plan kitchen and living space with beautiful views over London. And a dishwasher, a game changer!



📍 Location: we’re a convenient 5-minute walk from West Hampstead station, and all the lovely cafe’s, shop and bars West Hampstead has to offer, everything you need right on the doorstep. The transport links are excellent — the Jubilee Line, Overground (Mildmay), and Thameslink stations are all just 5–10 minutes away. There’s also a lovely park only 3 minutes down the road, and the heath is super accessible for your hit of green space. Finchley Road and Kilburn High Road are both very easily accessible for those more niche errand runs.

And Kath, 27, who works in marketing in the health and fitness industry. She enjoys travelling, running, training at the gym and a a good Netflix binge.

We’re looking for a friendly housemate who’s looking to make their space feel like home and become part of the household rather than just be passing ships. We both enjoy our own space, but love watching The Traitors together or a group trip to the gym. We are looking to keep the flat a relaxed, chilled and respectful home.
