We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our calm, respectful, queer-friendly household. There are currently two of us, both female professionals in our early 30s, creatives, and people who value a peaceful home. One of us also has a cat, who mostly stays in the bedroom with the occasional food bowl kitchen trip.

Our flat is peaceful, friendly, and emotionally considerate. We enjoy chats, laughs, and the occasional shared moment, but it’s not a party flat. It’s more a “this feels good to come home to” kind of place. We’re queer-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and big on mutual respect and clear communication.

The room:

- Very quiet (no road noise)
- Great if you appreciate a calm space and good sleep

- Super well connected, while still feeling quiet and residential.

- Kilburn Park (Bakerloo Line) – 8 min walk, 15 mins to Oxford Circus
- West Hampstead (Jubilee, Mildmay Line & Thameslink) – 10 min walk
