We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our calm, respectful, queer-friendly household. There are currently two of us, both female professionals in our early 30s, creatives, and people who value a peaceful home. One of us also has a cat, who mostly stays in the bedroom with the occasional food bowl kitchen trip.

Our flat is peaceful, friendly, and emotionally considerate. We enjoy chats, laughs, and the occasional shared moment, but it’s not a party flat. It’s more a “this feels good to come home to” kind of place. We’re queer-affirming, neurodivergent-friendly, and big on mutual respect and clear communication.

The room:
- Good size double, fully furnished
- Bright room with a large window
- Lots of natural light throughout the day
- Very quiet (no road noise)
- Great if you appreciate a calm space and good sleep

The flat
- Comfortable, well-kept, and genuinely homely
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dishwasher

- Shared spaces are treated with care

- Note: we don't have a living room but the rooms are all a decent size :)

Location – Zone 2
- Super well connected, while still feeling quiet and residential.
- 3 min walk to Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi, Boots, Superdrug, Pret, TK Maxx
- Kilburn High Road (Lioness Line) – 4 min walk, 7 mins to Euston
- Kilburn Park (Bakerloo Line) – 8 min walk, 15 mins to Oxford Circus
- West Hampstead (Jubilee, Mildmay Line & Thameslink) – 10 min walk
- Bus routes: 31, 139, 328, 98, 314 and more

Bills come up to approx. £170-190 per person (including home insurance and a monthly cleaner for communal areas)
