Super sad to leave this beautiful flat on Priory Road NW6.

The room is bigger than it looks in the pictures and has a built-in closet with drawers at the bottom, ideal for shoes, as well as room for additional furniture.

PLEASE NOTE: The room comes unfurnished, though I am also selling the furniture separately. This includes a bed, mattress, bedside drawers, bookcase(s), a chair with a coffee table, and a chest of 3 drawers, all from IKEA. Ask me about details.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful townhouse, a 5-minute walk away from West Hampstead Tube, Overground, and Thameslink, and the busy West End Lane, with tons of shops, restaurants, bars, restaurants, and everything in between.

You would be sharing the flat with Daniel, 29, an easygoing German dude who I have grown quite fond of. He is always up for a chat, a meal, or even better - a Guinness at one of the local pubs. He works in finance so you will have the place to yourself most of the time Monday through Friday.

Daniel has an en-suite, so the bathroom in the hallway is fully yours. There are cabinets to store your toiletries, an a bathtub if you like that sort of thing.

The kitchen is massive and has tons of storage, including 2 lazy Susans for pots and pans. The kitchen has 2 induction hobs and 2 electric hobs, an there is an oven and a very spacious fridge/freezer.

The living room counts with a sofa bed in case you have visits and a 4-place dining table, as well as a desk/office space which will be yours since Daniel works in the office 5x week.

Move in date is late March ideally as this is when I will be leaving the flat but feel free to arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
