I'm looking for someone to move in this lovely 2-bed flat in West Hampstead. The contract is starting from 18th of February but move in is possible from the 10th of February as that's when my housemate moves out. It's a 1 year contract that can be extended each year. Your room would be bedroom 1 on the floorplan, which is the larger room with an ensuite - which is also reflected in the price. This price is excluding bills, bills are around 130(summer time)-145(wintertime) pp. Bills include water, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi. The room is furnished, it comes with the bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The rest belongs to the current tenant. The deposit is £1355,70 and you need to earn at least £40.000.

We live in an ideal location, the underground is less than a minute walk (Jubilee), the Mildmay line and the m&s is a 2 minute walk and the Thameslink is less than a 5 min walk. So this is ideal if you have to commute to work, you'll be in the city centre in less than 20 minutes. We also have a coffeeshop across the street.

I'm a 32 year old professional and work in life sciences, I'm looking for someone similar who is respectful and tidy. (No couples)
