Large Double in newly rennovated garden flat

Large double available in friendly flatshare. About 5 minute walk to Finchley road and frognal or 10 minute walk to west hampstead thameslink./tube/overground stations. Downstairs has recently been renovated so everything there is new and to a high standard. I do intend to do some work improving the garden over the next year (replacing shed/doing more gardening).

The rent includes all bills (inc consumables toilet paper/dishwasher tabs/paper towells etc), and the living room TV has most streaming services set up. A cleaner will come every two weeks for the communal areas and bathrooms. The flat has two bathrooms, a spacious shared kitchen/living area, plus a washer and dryer (kept in one of the bathrooms to keep things quieter elsewhere).

About us:

I’m Isaac. 30, originally from Warwickshire, and work as a health economist. I’m on a hybrid schedule, so I occasionally work from home. I enjoy a good night out but also like quiet evenings in with TV. I’d love sociable flatmates who are up for hanging out sometimes, but also respect personal space. On the estate there’s a basketball court, and right next door is a tennis/squash/padel club, which I’d be keen to make use of.

I live here with my girlfriend, Tansy, who works part time at QMU. She’s originally from China and enjoys pilates, yoga, hiking, crocheting, dancing, and other creative hobbies. Loves theatre, the arts, exploring museums and a good cup of tea.

Tian is an actor into magic the gathering and Ed is a genetics researcher working in hampstead.

We're all very friendly.

High quality gyms/polls are very close with classes.

Guests are fine — I occasionally have friends stay over on the sofa bed in the living room (with notice), and you’d of course be welcome to do the same.
