Sadly, I am having to move out of this beautiful flat in West Hampstead which I have been in for nearly 2 years and I am leaving behind a lovely housemate and friend, Jack.

There is lots of surrounding green space with Fortune Green Park only a one minute walk away and Hampstead Heath approximately 20 minutes walking distance. Transportation is also fantastic with the jubilee, mildmay, thameslink, and metropolitan line only 10 minutes away.
Ideally am looking for someone who enjoys peaceful evenings, with occasional joint movie, documentary and sports nights.
This flat is not suitable for couples or students.
