Two rooms are becoming available in our warm, homely four-bed flat in West Hampstead, as two of our current housemates are moving on.
We’re a sociable, easygoing household and are looking for like-minded people who want a friendly, respectful place to call home.
A bit about us:
We’re Eilidh and Debbie, both in our early 30s, from Scotland and Australia.
Eilidh is proudly very tidy and a big fan of plants (despite a slightly questionable track record of keeping them alive). She loves all things pop culture and can happily chat for hours about the latest celebrity drama - especially if there’s been a spotting on Hampstead Heath.
Debbie is a special education teacher from Australia. She enjoys getting out and about - whether that’s travelling, hiking, live music, or a West End show but equally values a cosy night in with wine, Netflix, and good company.
We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household and want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome here.
The flat:
Bright, south-facing living room where we often spend evenings together
Compact but well-equipped kitchen
Separate bathroom and toilet
Good storage space, plus a garage for extra bits

Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table, and shelves
Room 4
Available early–mid May (flexible)
£694/month
Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and cupboard storage
If either room needs a bit of a refresh, our landlord is very responsive and happy to carry out reasonable updates. They’re one of the reasons people tend to stay here longterm - issues get sorted quickly and tenants are included in decisions about the flat.
We have a simple monthly cleaning rota (one week each), though you’re welcome to pay for our cleaner to cover your turn if you prefer.
We’re friendly and considerate, and are looking for someone similar. We’re not accepting students or those working regular night shifts, as it doesn’t quite fit with the rhythm of the flat.
Admin details:
Bills are around £120/month each
We split and track everything via Splitwise
Council tax band E
£50 admin fee for tenancy change
Deposit is one month’s rent
The area:
We’re a 5-minute walk from the Jubilee line, under 10 minutes to the Overground and Thameslink, and close to several bus routes (139, 328, C11). West End Lane has a great neighbourhood feel, with independent shops, restaurants, and bars, plus all major supermarkets nearby. Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, and Regent’s Park are all around a 30 minute walk from the flat.
