Room available in West Hampstead

One room available in our warm, homely four-bed flat in West Hampstead, as one of us is moving out. We’re a friendly, easygoing household looking for someone similar who wants a relaxed, respectful place to live.

~A bit about us~

We’re Eilidh and Debbie, both in our early 30s, from Scotland and Australia. We have a new flatmate joining in May, so it’s a great time to join and shape the vibe together

Eilidh’s a self-proclaimed neat freak and plant enthusiast… who sadly can’t keep a plant alive. A pop culture fiend who can blether for hours about the latest celeb drama, nothing excites her more than a celeb spotting on Hampstead Heath.

Debbie is a special education teacher from Australia. She enjoys getting out and about - whether that’s travelling, hiking, live music, or a West End show but equally values a cosy night in with wine, Netflix, and good company.

~The room/flat~

Available mid July and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and floating shelves.
Extra storage in the hallway cupboards, plus a garage for extra bits.

We keep things tidy with a monthly cleaning rota (one week each). The landlord is great, super responsive, flexible, and usually happy to make small updates or adjustments when you move in.

~Admin details~

Bills are around £100-120pm and we keep track of everything on Splitwise
Council tax band E
Deposit is one month’s rent + £50 admin fee for tenancy change

~The area~

Only a 5-minute walk to the Jubilee line, under 10 to the Overground and Thameslink, with plenty of buses nearby. West End Lane has a really nice local feel, with shops, cafés, and supermarkets all close by.
