Double Room in Homely West Hampstead Flat

Hi! My housemate is moving out at the end of our current contract to go travelling so I am looking for a replacement to join me from 6th May.

It’s a two bed flat on a lovely street in West Hampstead. A 5 min walk to the shops/ restaurants/ supermarkets, 10-12 mins walk to the Jubilee/Overground/Thameslink stations. A great mix of close to everything you need, whilst being a quiet peaceful street.

The flat has a good size living room/dining room with open plan kitchen and 1 shared bathroom.

The bedroom is a comfy size double, furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There’s also plenty of extra storage and space in the hallway right outside the room.

About me

You’ll be sharing with me, I am 33 years old Female, work in Interiors as a Production Manager.

I work in the office 5 days a week, so will mostly be out of the house for any WFH-ers.

I spend most of my evenings at the gym, and weekends are quite chilled out and spent exploring London / new places, or cooking.

My general interests include travelling, going to the gym, cooking, reading, watching trashy tv, visiting galleries - I feel like this is what everyone writes, haha.

New flatmate

I am looking for someone friendly and sociable who’s happy to chat over a glass of wine but equally happy to do their own thing too.

I have lived here for 4 years, so think of the flat as home, and I am looking for someone similar, who’s tidy, respectful and will treat the place like home too. It’s not a party flat, but happy with having people over/ occasional dinner parties etc.

Female late 20’s + preferred, but most importantly someone who I can get along with, so this isn't so specific.

🏡 Rent - £975pm

💸 Bills - approx £170pm, including Council Tax (Band D), Gas & Electric, Water, TV License & Wifi

📑 Contract - it will be on the new contract after the Renters Rights Bill comes in on 1st May, however I would ideally like someone looking for longer term (12 months~)

💰Deposit - £0 (Zero Deposit Scheme)

Sorry no Students. Usual referencing/ landlord checks will need to be passed.
