Hi all! Looking for someone to replace me in this superb flat. The bedroom is a good size with in-built storage and comes furnished. The second room would also be yours - I currently use this as a home office. The large and bright kitchen-living room is brilliant for spending time with flatmates, hosting friends, or just relaxing.

The flat is a minute walk from both Kilburn (Jubilee) and Brondesbury (Mildmay) stations with good bus connections close by - you can be in Central London within 25 mins. It's a vibrant area close to West Hampstead with loads of shops, pubs, gyms, and restaurants close by. For those looking for a bit of green space, Hampstead Heath is just a couple of stops away on the Overground and Gladstone Park is within walking distance.

My flatmates are all super lovely professionals aged 27-28. It's a relaxed flat with a homely atmosphere - looking for someone similar.

Bills come to approx. £130/month including council tax (band E)
