After a year at this flat, I am looking to renew as my flatmate is moving elsewhere, thus I am looking for a new flatmate to continue my time here with. A new lease will be due, and all of this will be managed by the letting agents.
I’m a nightlife performer within the LGBTQ+ community looking for a new flatmate to move into my second room. Looking for a laid-back, creative, open minded person that is looking for a stable place to live. The flat is in prime position for transport links, you can be in Soho within 20 minutes and the local high street has everything you need.

This will go into a protected Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Council Tax Band: C (Camden)
Room includes: built in wardrobe, storage space, large window with blind and there is also a double bed frame available from the previous tenant.
