I am moving out mid april and looking for someone to take over my lease from earliest April 22nd until the 27th of June. The contract can be renewed for a longer stay. The Room allows for double occupancy and is on the ground floor (easy access).

- Water, Electric, and Wifi bills included
- Communal Ammentities (Washing and Drying machines availible, Iron, vaccum cleaner, drying racks)
- Communal spaces (second kitchen, cinema room, study room, terrace)
- Furnished (Bed, closet, dresser, desk)
- Not included: kitchen ware, duvet + bed sheets, towels
- Public transport (-10 minute walk from underground, overground, themslink, 1 minute walk from bus. )
