Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our flat start of May🪴🌞

Sadly I am leaving our lovely flat to move in with my boyfriend. It’s a first floor, 3-bedroom flat with 1 bathroom. You’ll be living with my amazing housemates, Brooke and Amelia 💞

Location: NW6, West Hampstead, Zone 2.
Transport: 10 minute walk to jubilee line, overground and thameslink in West Hampstead. And 10 minutes walk to Bakerloo in Kilburn. Honestly couldn’t get better transport links! 5 mins on the tube to Paddington (Bakerloo) and 15 mins to Waterloo (jubilee). Good connection to airports as well via Thameslink.

The area: 10 mins walk to West Hampstead, full of lovely coffee shops, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Kilburn High St which has all the amenities you could ever need (Aldi is a 4 mins walk, Sainsbury’s, M&S, primark, the list goes on…). We also have the lovely bonus of lots of greens spaces in walking distance - Kilburn Park (5 mins); Queens Park (15 mins); Primrose Hill (30 mins); Hampstead Heath (40 mins).

The cost: £830 + £150 (bills). Our bills always come in a lot cheaper and we tend to have flat date nights with a takeaway or go out for some cocktails on a sunny evening 🥂. We moved on to a rolling contract in January due the new renters rights so no contractual end date to the tenancy. Deposit is £1008.00

The space: Open-plan kitchen/living room area. The house is fully furnished. I currently have my own desk in the living room, you are welcome to put your own desk in there and use this space if you wfh 😊
