We're three actors looking for another creative to join us. We're all into boardgames, movies, videogames, ttrpgs and the flat has a large communal living room for social activities. Currently in the flat there are three of us: Michael (33, Irish, he/him) and a couple: Miles (27, English, he/him) and Frida (27, Danish, They/Them).
Rent is £700 pcm and bills average ~ £150 during warmer months and £200 in winter (that figure includes council tax). We're in council tax band E.
