Studio flat for rent - West Hampstead

I have to move out from this cosy studio apartment within 10-minute walk from West Hampstead tube, Overground and train station for personal reasons. I am looking for a young professional to take over my rental contract. The studio is available from 9 May 2026.

The studio locates on West End Lane and is nearby many pubs, cafes, restaurants, nail salons and other things. It includes a sofa bed that could be sofa or bed, a compact kitchen unit (with a small fridge, freezer and microwave) and a spacious bathroom. The last photo was the listing photos. If you like any of my furniture, I am happy to keep them for you before I moved out (I have my own bookshelf, folding tables and stools, drawer unit and portable washing machine).

The rent is £1275 per month (including all bills other than council tax and WiFi). All other bills are included. The studio flat is for a single professional only. It is jot for couples or family. The studio is managed by an agency who does referencing for all tenants and supports day-to-day activities such as packages and facilities. They are really responsive and supportive!
