Bright Room in LGBTQ+ West Hampstead Home

Hello! My flatmate is leaving London for further studies and I’m looking for someone to replace them in our queer 2-bed West Hampstead flat. The flat is well equipped, has great light, and I’ve really enjoyed living here.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, LGBTQ+ , enjoys yapping and hanging out but also respects each other’s need for downtime. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, rather than a place to sleep, we would really love to hear from you!

* Less than 5 minutes away from West Hampstead station - jubilee line, mildmay line, thameslink (the dream honestly, East doesn’t feel inaccessible and getting in and out of central is ez even with late nights)
* Accessibility: second floor flat, lift available, but still a couple steps into the building
* 2 bedrooms
* Washer/dryer combi (drying bit isn’t v reliant)
* Furnished
* Access to plenty of shops and cute cafes
* Shared bathroom with shower and tub
* Along our street are M&S, Sainos, Waitrose, an Aldi further down, plenty of coffee shops and bakeries

* Furniture: Wardrobe, double bed, dresser, sidetable
* Could fit a desk: The room has seen a gigantic gaming rig but currently has a small desk

[Your flatmate]
Darian (he/him): Darian’s a 32yo innovation strategist from Singapore. Been living in London for almost 3 years at this point so very much a toddler Londoner. Big on film, but not diligent with Letterboxd. Enjoy anything creative, and seeking out good food. Big backseat gamer but starting to get into it himself.

* Rent: £950 (per month), excluding bills
* Move-in date: Tentatively beginning July (Could discuss further, basically Jesse is aiming for an early July departure)
* Landlord will need referencing done
* Everything is sorted via OpenRent
