Lovely room in friendly West Hampstead house

Hi there,

We are looking for a new flatmate to fill one of the rooms in our house as our last flatmate is sadly leaving us to be closer to her office.

The house has 4 bedrooms in total. The room up for grabs shares a beautiful large bathroom with just one more person and we all share the kitchen & living room space.

We are a nice and friendly bunch of people and while each one of us is usually busy with their own thing, we do love to have a good chat while cooking or winding down in the living room.

The room is spacious with a large wardrobe and a southeast facing window which means that on sunny days your room is graced with plenty of natural light. It has plenty of space for you to add your personal touch and character to it and to also make it work for you especially if you need a desk to wfh.

Current flatmates are:
Lucy 28 - Scientist who works in a lab. She loves an early morning and keeping active.
Mara 26 - Works for a local coffee shop and has been feeding us a supply of delicious pastries that are leftover at the end of the day, which is a nice treat.
Me 32 - I work for a media agency, love the gym and trying new hobbies. Currently trying my hand at Spanish.
