Large double room in West Hampstead

Hi! I’m moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in West Hampstead.

The room is a large, fully furnished double at the front of the house. The house itself has a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, an additional spare room, and a garden which is especially nice in the summer.

You’d be living with three other girls (aged 22–30), all friendly, tidy, and respectful. We are ideally looking for someone similar.

The location is great – around a 10-minute walk to the Jubilee line, Mildmay Overground, and Thameslink, so really well connected. West Hampstead also has a lovely high street and is close to Hampstead Heath.

Rent is £1,148 per month, including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, WiFi, and a cleaner).

Move-in would be from 23rd of May, but there is some flexibility on dates.

I’ll be arranging viewings, and then the formal tenancy process will be handled by the letting agents.
