Bright and spacious double room for rent

I’m looking for a new flatmate for my lovely West Hampstead flat!
It’s a two-bed flat, so you’d only be sharing with one other person (me!). The flat is split over two floors, with the available room located on the second floor next to the main bathroom. The room is super spacious and comes with a walk-in closet. There’s currently a bed in the room, but if you already have one you’d like to bring, we can absolutely make that work too.
The flat itself is really cute and cosy, and we’ve recently upgraded a bunch of the appliances over the last year. The landlord is genuinely lovely and very responsive, so the flat is always well looked after.
The move-in date would ideally be the 19th of July, but there’s a bit of flexibility for the right person! Rent is £1,300 per month, excluding bills. Bills (council tax, WiFi, gas, and electricity) usually come to around £100–110 per month. For the right person, there may also be a little flexibility on the rent.

A little about me: I’m 23 and work in PR and film, so I’m quite a busy bee during the week, but I really value downtime at home too. I’d love to find someone who feels more like a friend than just a flatmate - so there will definitely be dinner nights, pub trips, and cosy evenings in!
