Subletting my room while I’m in New York for work. Ideally looking for someone to take it October through March, but there’s some flexibility if you need it a bit earlier or later.

Private building with building manager / concierge weekdays.

The flat is a period conversion with original floorboards throughout, a nice living room with a balcony, and a decent-sized kitchen. The room itself is a double with good natural light. There is great storage space (additional cloakroom / wardrobe in hallway) and a utilities room (with additional toilet).

You’d be sharing with one guy – works in finance, mostly in the office all week, occasionally at home on Fridays. Very easy to live with.

£1,025/month rent, bills are around £150 on top.
