Hey everyone!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 4-bed flat anytime with a move in date of 1st September (some flexibility)

THE ROOM
The room is a large double ensuite with shower, plenty of storage space, a desk to WFH, and it even has AC!

THE FLAT
The flat is bright, spacious and newly refurbished, with a beautiful open-plan living area and big French doors opening straight onto the garden. It’s a great setup for summer BBQs, hosting friends, or just having a relaxed drink outside after work.

THE LOCATION
We’re in West Hampstead, just a 2-minute walk from Finchley Road tube station, so it’s very well connected. There’s also a big Waitrose, Aldi and Sainsbury’s incredibly close by, which makes everyday life very easy.

THE FLATMATES
You’d be living with Jacob, Kate and George, all 26 — three young professionals who are sociable, easy-going and always up for a good chat after work.

We’re into running, trips to the pub, hosting BBQs, and generally keeping the flat feeling friendly, relaxed and like a proper home.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and sociable who enjoys being part of the house.
