Lovely, sunny, big double room in West Hampstead

Big room available in our 2 bedroom, mansion block West Hampstead flat. My current flatmate is sadly moving out as she has bought a property, so I am looking for a great new flatmate to take her place. We are about 10 minutes walk from the Jubilee line (West Hampstead), Mildmay line and Thameslink stations. Hampstead village is approx 15mins up the hill, and Hampstead heath about 25 minutes away. The flat has a great sunny kitchen with a full size dishwasher and fridge, a cosy living room and useful long corridor. The bathroom is great for baths!

The room available will be the south facing one on the quiet side of the building that looks out at the ground floor potted plant area. There are very useful massive wardrobes and a big window.

I am 26 and work as a structural engineer in the Waterloo/Southwark area. I love going to the ponds on Hampstead heath, dropping into the wine bar across the street and exploring the many bakeries and cafes around! I work from home approx 2 days a week. I am independent, but would also love cooking together, watching the newest bridgerton or just chatting about our days in the living room after work. Definitely looking for a friend as well as a flatmate!
