We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join us in securing this spacious 5-bedroom home.

Split over three floors, the house features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a bright open-plan living and dining area. Located on a quiet residential street with permit parking, it’s just a short walk from West Hampstead’s cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops, and the Heath.

The Room:
* Spacious double bedroom on the lower ground floor
* Patio doors opening directly onto the garden
* Unfurnished, so you can really make it your own
* The current tenant is happy to discuss leaving some furniture if that would be helpful
* Downstairs bathroom, with shower, shared with just one other housemate (me)

Shared Spaces:
* Fully furnished living room with comfortable sofas
* Separate dining area with a large table that’s perfect for hosting dinners or working from home
* Good-sized private garden
* Plenty of storage throughout the house

Location:
* Around a 10-minute walk to West Hampstead station, with Jubilee line, Overground, and Thameslink services, making commuting across London quick and easy.

The Household:
We’re a friendly, relaxed household of working professionals (currently three guys and one girl) who are keen to make the house feel like a home rather than just a house share. We all have jobs with different office hours/WFH. I currently work a mix of days and nights each week for the NHS, so there’s a good balance of activity and quiet during the week.

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate to help balance the household. We’d love to find someone who’s clean, considerate, and enjoys a sociable home where people chat, share the occasional meal or drink, and respect each other’s space.

The rent is expected to be as listed, although we’re just waiting for final confirmation from the landlord.
