Pretty, sunny room in gorgeous flat with garden

I’m looking to leave this lovely ground floor flat in order to move in with my long term partner. It’s been the most perfect home for me over the past three years and I’m looking for someone to take on my room for the foreseeable.

This flat share is with four other girls, all professionals ranging in age but we all get along so so well, looking for someone to fit the vibe of the flat. All girls are very chill, love to hangout and chat in the living room but also all have different friend groups to see across london so it’s never too busy in the flat.
My room has a double bed with plenty of storage underneath, bed is also very comfy. There are open shelves and a hanging rail for clothes but more storage around the flat where needed. Two bathrooms split between the girls so you would only share a bathroom with one other person.
Kitchen / living room is the main room in the house and double doors go out into the huge garden space, mostly private for this flat!!! We love to host friends in the summer time in the garden so now would be the most perfect time to move to the flat !

Due to landlord summer office closure times I only have until the 16th to have all references filed so would need to be a very quick turn around. Otherwise move in date will be around the 29th September. Message any questions and I’ll be on my phone with answers asap. Thanks xoxo
