Sadly, my lovely housemate is moving on to the next chapter of her life, so I’m looking for someone new to share this beautiful home with me from 6th September.

This is a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom flat located on a quiet residential street in the heart of West Hampstead. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful living while being close to everything you need, with excellent transport links, cafés, restaurants, shops and everything this fantastic area has to offer.

The flat has a good size living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen, creating a lovely space to relax, enjoy a meal or have a chat after a busy day. There is also one shared bathroom.

The available bedroom is a comfortable double room, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also additional storage space available in the hallway just outside the room.

🌸 A little about me…

I’m Stani, 38, and I work full-time in an office-based role within the pharmacy sector.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I really value having a home that feels calm, comfortable and well looked after, as I treat it as my own home.

Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, long walks, skincare and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I’m sociable and enjoy a friendly chat, or occassional meal together, but I also really appreciate personal space, privacy and a peaceful home.

🏡 The kind of housemate I’m looking for…

As it will just be the two of us sharing the flat, I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate who enjoys a relaxed home environment. Someone who would enjoy creating a nice home together.

If you work from home, this could be a great fit too, as I’m usually out at the office during the week.
