Room to rent in West Hampstead - females only✨

I am looking for a female professional to rent out a room in West Hampstead as my flatmate is moving out in October. Her room will be available from the 4th.

~ a bit about me ~
I’m in my mid twenties, and moved to London from Scotland 4 years ago after university and I’m currently working in finance in the city! I’m in the office 5 days a week and in my spare time I like to hike, read, and go to Pilates! I am more introverted and really appreciate downtime after work so would prefer someone who is similar, but I am also sociable with those I am living with!

~about the flat~

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom. The bathroom is separated into two rooms for the lavatory and shower room.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space! We have a storage cupboard in the hallway and plenty of space in the living room.

Please note the room comes with a bedside table and mirror but you would need to bring/buy a bed as my friend is taking hers.

I’m looking for a female professional to join me!

The flat is a 10 minute walk (or less) from the tube stations which has the Jubilee, Mildmay overground, and the Thameslink. It’s a 2 minute walk from the high street so really convenient! Local stores include Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S and most importantly, Amorino for ice cream! We’ve got some great local restaurants too! Hampstead is around a 20 minute walk and Finchley Road is around 10-15 mins for the big Sainsbury’s !
