Lovely Room with Terrace in West Hampstead Flat

We are two girls in our late twenties looking for a third person to share our beautiful two-storey flat in West Hampstead.

The flat has a large living room / kitchen area with guest bathroom on one floor and three loft bedrooms upstairs next to a larger bathroom. The available bedroom has a terrace with great urban views and comes partly furnished (bed, mattress and built-in cupboards).

We are <10 minutes from the Jubilee line (West Hampstead and Kilburn), Mildmay line (West Hampstead and Brondesbury) and ~5 mins from the Thameslink which makes it very well-connected, plus there are bus lines and cycles to rent nearby.

A bit about us: we’re two girls working in the London area with a wide range of interests, including running (yes we have joined the craze), netball, listening to music and reading (the book collection is steadily growing… buying books might be a better description!).

G is bigger on cooking whereas I (S) don’t use the kitchen much (although trying to more!) but always up for a shared mealtime and chill in the lounge area! We’re quite laid back in terms of using the space, we’re pretty social but also respect each others’ space.

We both have a blend of WFH and WFO, and enjoy having people over from time to time so there are days where the flat will be more full than others. Our preference would be for someone who also isn’t fully remote-working.

Music lovers are welcome, there should be space for a keyboard and/or a vinyl player for anyone who has one!

Smokers are also welcome, the only caveat is smoking isn’t allowed on the property (terrace included), so you would need to smoke outside.
