Location:

The house is just a 10-minute walk from West Hampstead High Street, where you'll find an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and fantastic transport links, including the Underground, Overground and Thameslink. There are also bus routes at the end of the street providing easy access into Central London.

The Room:

Spacious king-size room with plenty of floor space. Large built-in wardrobes. Big windows providing lots of natural light. Unfurnished (apart from the two bedside tables shown in the photos). En-suite bathroom with a large shower and underfloor heating.

Rent is £1346 per month + bills (approx £190 each currently).

Roommate:

You will be living with one male professional in his early 30s who works full-time, splitting his time between working from home and the office.

He is planning to move abroad at the end of December, so there may be an opportunity to remain in the property beyond then under a new tenancy agreement with a new roommate of your choosing. Initially, you would be taking over the existing joint tenancy until December, with the option to renew thereafter.

This is not a party house. We're looking for someone who will enjoy and contribute to a calm, friendly and respectful home environment.
