I’m looking for a lodger to share my home in West Hampstead, as my current lodger of six years has recently bought her own house and hopefully someone who will enjoy living in the flat as much as she did.

The bedroom is bright and spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table and TV.

The flat is in a fantastic West Hampstead location, which is a real transport hub with excellent connections across London. There’s also a great selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets close by.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and respectful, and who would enjoy sharing a comfortable, relaxed and welcoming home.

I’m very sociable and have an active life, but I also appreciate having a peaceful place to come home to. We’ll each have our own lives and space, while sharing the home in a friendly and easy-going way.
