The bedroom offered currently has a double bed, huge wardrobe and chest of drawers in it.

Bathroom isn't quite ensuite but next to the bedroom and i have my own separate bathroom so you can make it your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped as are the other shared areas. Super fast broadband.

Flat located close to numerous shops, restaurants and bars in West Hampstead.

Fantastic transport links, under 5 minute walk to West Hampstead Station with Jubilee Line, Overground and Thames Link rail connections. Approximately 15 minutes to Farringdon, St Pauls or Blackfriars for those working in the city. Plenty of bus routes nearby in all directions.

Having been in London 10 years I have plenty of friends nearby but would also prefer a sociable housemate who will be up for the occasional drink after work, dinner party, bbq or the odd night out.

Ideally looking for a young professional in their 20s or 30s. Current flat mate for last 2 years is female and it's worked quite well but no real preference moving forward. If you are looking for somewhere slightly sooner do ask as there is a possibility she could move slightly earlier if it suits her.

Rent £875 per month excluding bills.
