Large Double Room in West Hampstead

We have a great large double room available in our house share. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. All bills are included.

The house has a shared lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one of the other bedrooms (top floor) also has an en-suite bathroom). We have a back yard, and a great south-facing roof terrace which we like to make use of in the summer for bbqs etc.

We're 3 guys and 2 girls, aged between 28 and 35 looking for someone of similar age to join our houseshare in West Hampstead.
The house is chilled Monday to Friday - we enjoy cooking & sport etc. The weekends then vary, quiet some weekends or a few drinks on the roof terrace in Summer.
We're all professionals working in London, and we're looking for someone who fits in well with the group, and who has a similar routine to ourselves. One of our housemates has a super cute cat who's playful and friendly, so you must be ok with cats. He is an indoor cat so you will have to be willing to be mindful of opening doors and making sure they are closed behind you.

The house is a 2 to 3 minute walk from West Hampstead high street. West Hampstead is a really cool place to live with amazing transport to and from the city within 15 mins. A lot of trendy bars and restaurants on the high street to choose from, as well as a small Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
