The flat is split across four floors with a very large living room, two bathrooms, kitchen and south-facing private sun terrace - great for sitting out and catching rays.

The available room is furnished with storage space.

There's wifi, a dishwasher, a TV with Freeview / Netflix / that Apple thingy and everything else you'd normally find in a home minus the mouldy cat and dusty bookshelves.

You'll be sharing with Robert.

Robert is a photographer and TV producer. He is single.

The house is 5 minutes' walk from West Hampstead tube station, Thameslink, London Overground, buses etc.

I am looking for someone around my age (41) who is professionally employed.

The house is tidy, quiet and Stefka will back once a week soon (once the pandemic is over) to wave her magic cleaning wand.

It doesn't matter if you're boy or girl, straight or gay - all we ask is that you're single, so no couples.

The landlord is private - an artist (well known, apparently...) and is brilliant when things need attending to.
It means the art on the walls is reasonable and not those generic photos of Manhattan at night that Ikea specialise in.

The room is £758 excluding bills and includes a month's worth of free loo roll.
Bills are around £110 p/m.
