Bright and spacious double room becoming available in a three-bed flat share in popular West Hampstead, just a one minute walk from West Hampstead tube station. I've been in the flat for over four years, and unfortunately need to move for work. So I need to find a good housemate to replace me!

Sharing with two friendly, considerate and busy young professionals - 1 x 28 year old male NZer, and 1 x 32 year old female Australian.

Looking for a working professional aged 25 to 35. Atmosphere of flat is very relaxed, friendly and drama-free. New housemate needs to be considerate, tidy and friendly. Sorry, no couples or students. 6 month minimum term tenancy is required, with option to extend after. Upfront deposit required is £966. Monthly rent is paid a month in advance. The landlord also requires a reference - employer should be fine.

Rent does NOT include bills, which is approx £120 per month each - includes council tax, broadband and TV service, fortnightly cleaner, electricity, gas, water and TV license.
