I am living in a student accommodation in West Hamsptead and I am looking for someone who wants to rent a single studio. The availability of the studio is from the 24 of May (the date may change) to the 6th of September. The studio is also for disabled people. The studio has its own kitchen and its own bathroom. Independent Student Living Apartments is an accommodation just for students and the building is new, they just opened the building in september 2013 so everything is new. There is underground, overground, and train station 2-3 minutes walking. The closest underground station is West Hampstead Station (Jubilee Line), 4 stops from baker street (12 mins). O2 centre located 5 minutes walking (Finchley Road), which includes sainsburys, cinema, restaurants, and many other things. All of the bills are included (water, electricity, internet, etc), and also gym included which is located near the reception of the building, cinema room, and laundry service.
