We have a beautiful, double room for single occupancy available in our flatshare in West Hampstead, right off West End Lane, with superb transport links. We are looking for a friendly, responsible and non-smoking flatmate. The room is available from 5 July until end-September.
The room:
A large double room (12sqm), facing the back yard with a large window & lots of natural light. It comes with a kingsize bed and wardrobe.
The flat:
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one of them with bathtub/shower) place in a Victorian house with separate living room and large kitchen. There is a south-facing balcony, accessible from the lounge. In addition, there is some storage space in the basement and a small communal garden at the back.
Bills include gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, tv license and cleaning lady are around 85 pounds per month per person.
About us:
We are two working professionals and one grad student, one female and two males, working in education and finance, all cake-loving Austrians. We are quite busy working during the week and enjoy coming home to our relaxed flatshare. On weekends, we are exploring London and making the most of our free time.
Transport links & the area
Connections with Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink trains from West Hampstead 3 minutes walk away.
West End Lane is full of nice restaurants and lovely bars/pubs. There are supermarkets right outside the house and Hampstead Heath is just 5 minutes away by Overground!
