There is a big, spacious room available in our lovely house in West Hampstead. Looking for someone to move in on the 3rd May but can be a little flexible.
It's a great find, with lovely flatmates and very very affordable, especially for the area!
The house
Victorian house is located on a quiet, leafy street. It's a 3 bedroom house, with one (HUGE) bathroom. We do have a living room although it's quite small - the spacious kitchen makes up for it. We have a garden and a BBQ which we use in summer.. have used it a few times this year already!
The location
Absolutely perfect location. West Hampstead tube is a 7-10 minute walk away, Kilburn tube is also about 7-10 minutes away. There is the overground which is a 5-7 minutes walk and the national rail which is a 4 minute walk. The night bus (N139) drops you off at the top of the street. Also lots of buses which go into central London, Camden etc.. I work in central London and it takes me 25 minutes door-to-door to get into work! It's a very safe area and there are lots of cute coffee shops and bars. There is also the wonderful Hampstead Heath which is a 20 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride.
The flatmates
You'll be living with 2 lovely flatmates. Alun is 30 and a graphic designer from Wales and Carlotta is 26, an Italian scientist. They're both really easy going and like to keep the house tidy but are not OCD. They're considerate and respectful and like to cook together now and again. I'm sure they'd made the new housemate feel very welcome.
The bills
Bills come to about £80-85 a month. Sometimes less but never more. The landlord pays for water and the TV license. Deposit will be £750.

Who we're looking for
A professional, between the ages of 25-33/34 who is easy to get along with and considerate. The landlord would like references from your previous place.
