The large room has a double bed, a desk and loads of storage. Did I mention you'll have your own recently refurbished bathroom?

To make life easy I have included the price of all mothly bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV (TiVo), Broadband, Netflix) in the rent so your life is simple in that respect and I am the owner of the flat so no anonymous offshore landlord. Total monthly cost £900.

The recently refurbished flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a central kitchen/living room. Set on the 4th Floor (there is a lift) of a charming old redbrick mansion block, with stunning views of London to wake you up in the morning. We also have a dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble drier, which is the height of luxury.

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving in with her boyfriend like a grown up. The one before her moved to America and married my cousin (long story), but that's not compusory. Looking for someone as soon as possible; but I'm flexible if you can't move in immediately.

As for me I'm James, a 25 year old young professional working at in Investigations Consultancy in the City. I work normal hours and occasionally travel for work. I've been sharing flats in London for 7 years so I know the deal. Looking for an easy going flatmate of a similar age, male or female, no point in having any other preference before I meet you, you can also meet the former occupants if you like (for a reference). I'm flexible on the length of tenancy but a minimum of 3 months.

The flat is situated in the heart of West Hampstead in charming North West London, actual West Hampstead not Kilburn (which is where most spare-room ads with West Hampstead in the title really are!), about 5-10mins from what I like to call "the nexus". The nexus is the point at which three of London's main transport links interconnect in West Hampstead:

Jubilee Line
Overground (Clapham-Stratford)
Thameslink (get to the city in less than 20 mins door to door, St Pancreas in 15 mins )

So we're incredibly well connected (as is the internet, which speeds along at a blistering 50mbs). The flat is situated just off West End Lane 1 min walk from 3 pubs, 2 bars and one "club". West Hampstead has loads of good restaurants, 5 supermarkets (inc a Little Waitrose), 3 cinemas, plenty of gyms nearby and an inordinate number of hairdressers. Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents park all within walking distance.
